Spectral Plain installation at MU (2023)

Techno-Mythopoeia's (Vincent Thornhill and Guillemette Legrand) Spectral Plain has been transformed into a standalone, interactive installation. This immersive experience is brought to life by a cosmic radiation sensor and a predictive language model (GPT-3), that was developed from a technical and mythological understanding of electromagnetic energy.

It also features an adapted version of my soundtrack, comprising three distinct parts that correspond to each of the visitor's exploration areas: the celestial, terrestrial, and underground regions.

The installation will be presented at MU Hybrid Art House, March 16-20 Eindhoven and at the International Symposium on Electronic Art, May 16-21 Paris.

Concept, design and narration: Guillemette Legrand and Vincent Thornhill
